Shared coverage can be extended to other DJI Enterprise devices linked to DJI Care Enterprise Plus within 30 calendar days of first activation and linking.

The 12-month service period begins at midnight on the start date and ends at midnight on the expiry date, as specified in the service contract.

For damage covered by the terms and conditions of your DJI Enterprise device, you can access the DJI repair services page to submit an . After making the repair request, send your DJI Enterprise device to the designated repair center. The items to be sent are subject to the scope of coverage specified in the service contract of the DJI Care Enterprise service you purchased.

To ensure safe operation, if your product suffers flight accidents such as crashes, water damage and signal interference within 12 months of activation, we will provide affordable replacements or free repairs according to the type of combination, as well as a factory-standard maintenance service by DJI for your drone free of charge.

The Worry-Free Plus Combo provides a value of cover equivalent to the value of the product. You can take advantage of unlimited free repairs within the value of the cover.
