The LiDAR focusing system makes it easy to focus when shooting with the camera in your hand, without relying on the texture of the subject"s surface. This is especially useful in low-light environments and results in exceptional focusing capabilities. The new LiDAR Rangefinder (RS) can project 43,200 range points, detect at a range of 14 meters, and has an integrated camera with a focal length equivalent to 30 mm and a wide FOV of 70°, which can handle the focusing needs of most scenarios. Pairing with the new Focus Motor (2022) also enables autofocus on manual lenses after calibration.
With the LiDAR Rangefinder (RS), the RS 3 Pro supports ActiveTrack Pro, providing improved subject identification and tracking performance.


1. Tested in an environment without strong light. In normal shooting environments, the detection distance of human objects is 7 meters.
