DJI Care Enterprise Basic is a virtual product (license key).
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, two replacements are offered, and each replacement requires a small additional fee. DJI reserves the right to request the return of these components; otherwise, it may reject your DJI Care Enterprise service request.
The damaged equipment must always be sent to the manufacturer for replacement under the Care Enterprise Basic plan.
The 12-month service period starts at 00:00 on the start date and ends at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service contract.
The Worry-Free Basic Combo provides up to two affordable replacements. After paying the corresponding replacement fee, you can have your damaged product replaced with one that works well*.
*Replacement products are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
