DJI Care Enterprise Plus (L2) EU
DJI Care Enterprise Plus is a virtual product (license key).
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, a free repair or replacement service is available, provided that the total coverage amount is sufficient to cover a fee equivalent to the damage assessment cost. Shared coverage can be extended to other DJI Enterprise devices linked to DJI Care Enterprise Plus within 30 calendar days after the first activation and linking.
The 12-month service period begins at midnight on the start date and ends at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service contract.
**Attention!**
The coverage amount is equivalent to the value of the equipment.
To ensure operational safety, if your product experiences flight accidents, such as collisions, water damage, or signal interference, within 12 months after activation, we will provide affordable replacements or free repairs, depending on the combination type, as well as standard DJI factory maintenance service for your drone at no cost.
The Worry-Free Plus Combo provides coverage equivalent to the value of the product. You can take advantage of unlimited free repairs within the coverage amount.*
*Replacement products are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
For each replacement, you will need to pay $899 / £749 / 799 € / AUD $1,499.
