DJI Care Enterprise Basic (L2) EU
DJI Care Enterprise Basic is a virtual product (license key).
For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, two replacements are offered, and each replacement incurs a small additional fee. DJI reserves the right to request the return of these components; otherwise, your DJI Care Enterprise service request may be denied.
The damaged equipment must always be sent to the manufacturer for replacement as per the Care Enterprise Basic.
The 12-month service period begins at 00:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service contract.
The Worry-Free Basic Combo provides up to two affordable replacements. After paying the corresponding replacement fee, you can have your damaged product replaced with one that functions properly*.
*Replacement products are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
For each replacement, you will need to pay $899 / £749 / 799 € / AUD $1,499.
