DJI Care Enterprise Basic DJI Care Enterprise Basic is a virtual product (license key).

For accidental damage to DJI Enterprise products during normal use and operation within the coverage period, two replacements are offered, and each replacement costs a small additional fee. DJI has the right to require you to send back these components or reject your DJI Care Enterprise service request.

The 12-month service period takes effect at 0:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service contract.

To ensure safe operation, if your product suffers flight accidents such as crashes, water damage and signal interference within 12 months of activation, we will provide affordable replacements or free repairs according to the type of combination, as well as a factory-standard maintenance service by DJI for your drone free of charge.

The Worry-Free Basic Combo provides up to two affordable replacements.
